Where ever I look I see dead people. They are standing behind a till, driving their cars, picking up kids from school. It is so sad, they walk around oblivious to the beauty around them. Unaware that there is a tremendous flow of energy all around them free to tap into whenever they choose. A life filled with enthusiasm awaits, they just need to wake up and start living. We cannot afford to waste precious time walking around as living dead. 

So I challenge myself to make people aware of life through living my life in sync and in the flow of the natural energy surrounding us. I will do my best not to push my ideas onto others yet live in a way that they cannot help but seeing that life is worth living, and living is so much easier than dying. 

I will allow each person to hold onto their own truth, and keep my ideas and philosophies to myself unless asked to share my view. I will rejoice at the victories of others when they too awaken and start living. 

I am blessed to live in Port Alfred where my friends are alive, they live life, take chances, adventure and go hard. They rest and recuperate when the time is right and they make mistakes. We live to run, ride, surf, love, work hard, have fun. We are proud of our achievements and humble of our success. We look after each other and care for one another. I love my life, my family, friends and our town. We are woven through this town through business, sport, socially and the societies we belong to. I am a part of Port Alfred and Port Alfred is a part of me. I owe it to myself to make sure everyone is aware that they too can live as my friends and I do.
